The referenced item was sold exclusively through Costco Wholesale from December 2013 through May 2015. In July of 2015, a recall was issued for this product due to a cut hazard. Customers who purchased this product from Costco during this period were notified of the recall, and instructed to either return the product to Costco for a full refund, or to obtain a repair kit from EKO. Customers who have not availed themselves of the remedy for this recall are urged to do so at their earliest opportunity.
